About the Principals

Commercial and Industrial projects were perhaps the most challenging type of buildings to design.  They needed to be more enticing visually and structured to be most flexible for current and future use.  The firm was the first architects to create design standards in 1979 for what was a new chain of stores, Target Stores.  Target's success since is well known and Patch Erickson Madson is proud to have had an opportunity to support it's success in the beginning.
